This document explains our company and our traditional service of storage and delivery of memories to loved ones far into the future. It would make an excellent accompaniment to a gift card to provide suggestions of items and events relative to the package.

2) Complete Package for up to 25 years of storage:

We will ship the container in which you can place your items for future delivery along with the application form. Simply place the items in the container, call the delivery service for a pick-up at your home and leave the rest to us. When your package arrives, we will mail you a receipt as well as the two (2) customized acknowledgement cards.

PASSPORT SERIES

In the event you wish to order more than five (5) of any one passport in the series please contact us for a special volume discount.

1) Family Edition:

This 18 page booklet is intended for each child in your family and chronicles important information about the family and the individual child including your Family Tree; places where you’ve lived; information about the Grandparents; notes from the family; facts about the family as well as family history; and some pages to attach family photos.

2) Cruise Edition:

This 18 page booklet is intended to preserve memories of your cruise with photos and notes. It will serve as a great reminder of the trip. The booklet contains the information about the cruise ship; pages for the Captain and crew as well as your Cabin Steward; pages devoted to onboard activities; onboard dining experiences; pictures and notes relative to your Ports of Call; two pages devoted to the people you meet on your trip; and notes from all the people in your group relative to the trip.

3) Vacation Edition:

This booklet represents an easy way to preserve memories of your vacation. Consisting of 18 pages, the booklet has pages for a photo of those who go along on the trip; information on where you stay; information on where you play and dine; a page devoted to people you meet along the way; interesting places and events on the trip; notes about the trip from each person going along.

4) School Days Edition:

This 18 page booklet is intended for use by children in grades Kindergarten through Elementary School. The booklet is a fun way to record the school year and contains pages for names for the school, the principal and the teachers; several pages to complete by the child including likes and dislikes; newsworthy events during the school year; information about their schoolwork and some future projections; special programs at the school; things the child does on holidays and Spring Break; notes from friends; notes from teachers and family members; and other school photos.

5) Birthday Edition:

This passport is a great way to document your child’s birthdays. It contains 18 pages devoted to photos of the child and the guests; two pages devoted to Best Friends; activities and games; misc. party pictures; two pages devoted to notes about the party; and notes from guests and the family.

6) Wedding Edition:

This booklet contains 18 pages devoted to the couple and their families. The purpose of the booklet is to serve as a special invitation to family members and special friends or may be used as an invitation to all guests. The passport contains pages devoted to specifics relative to the wedding; individual pictures of the bride and groom; childhood photos of each; information about each family; the bride and groom together; honeymoon destination; and customized notes by the bride and/or groom to the recipient of the invitation.

7) Youth Sports Edition:

This 18 page booklet is intended for use by children for each year they participate in sports activities whether school related or not. The booklet is a great way to record the youth’s favorite and second favorite sport; sports related likes and dislikes; future projections; and, when completed, will contain notes from coaches, teammates and family members.

8) Wine Tasting Edition:

This 18 page booklet is intended to chronicle your wine experience whether it’s on a journey though one of the many great wine regions throughout the world, a local wine tasting event or merely with family and friends. The booklet contains pages with wine terms and definitions; rating tips; tasting notes and your rating for 8 different wines; and so much more including several pages for pictures.

4) Time Capsules:

This item comes in two sizes, small for class sizes less than 150 students and large for class sizes between 150 and 400 students. For a larger container please email us for a quote.

5) On-site Storage Vault:

Save money and peace of mind by storing the time capsules on-site. Each vault holds 24 capsules which will allow a school to support its Alumni on an ongoing basis for each class’ 25th Reunion with the 25th container being displayed in a safe visible place for the students to view prior to the applicable 25th Reunion. Either purchase a completed unit or buy the plans to have your wood shop construct one on-site.

They’ll remember you with fondness when a dozen roses or other pre-selected flowers arrive at their door in the future. Please note that this option has no associated storage costs; however the application form must be completed and mailed or emailed to us at floral@wedelivermemories.net in order that we will have the necessary information to locate the lucky recipient in the future.

Floral Delivery: $ 99.95

These cards can be purchased for any amount equal to or greater than $50.00 each. Each card will be customized with the giver and the recipient and will bear a unique card number to protect against loss.

Replacement Acknowledgement Cards:

In the event you have lost or misplaced the acknowledgement card(s) which come with both our traditional service and our FUTUREFLORAL.com service, we will gladly replace them at a cost of $9.95 which covers the cost of two cards.
